DAY 51 - THE GROTTO AND PARRY CREEK

Toby set up a dinosaur scene this morning.

We walked down to the Grotto down some pretty steep and dangerous steps.

A kapok tree on the short walk down to the Grotto.

Everyone has a turn of swinging into the water, which is over 100 metres deep!

At the top of the Grotto.

Out the window, on the road, on the way to Parry Creek.

We (try to) do some croc spotting but we can't see any - except for some ripples and things poking out of the water which we're sure are crocs.

We watch the sunset at Parry Creek.

DAY 50 - DESMOND'S PARKING BAY TO WYNDHAM

We leave Desmond's Parking Bay.

Miya and Stef saw a snake on the bathroom floor of a campground we ended up not going to in Wyndham.

It looks like a croc inhabits their river!

After setting up in Wyndham Caravan Park, we go down to Fishermans jetty.

Then we go to the lookout and watch the sunset.

DAY 49 - WALKING AROUND WOLFE CREEK METEORITE CRATER

We got up early to do a walk.

We started our walk around Wolfe Creek Crater.

Ayla and Kyra as they walk around the rim.

Beautiful purple flowers on the walk.

The view of the outback from the crater.

We stop halfway to have snacks.

A very well-camouflaged little lizard taking in the sun. Can you see it?

This crater was made by a meteorite. Here's some information about it!

We meet some people, Chris and Michelle, who show us bird flowers before we leave.

Some nice road pictures as we head off to Desmond's Parking Bay.
